Returning A Product/Service Or Exchange
To return a product/service or exchange it, enter your dashboard and click your orders. Find the product or service you wish to return/exchange. Enter the order information page and scroll down until you see the product name, to the far right there should be a return tab. Click it, fill out the information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The alternative is to login and proceed to the vendor/artist page. Click contact shop owner, fill out the form and wait for their email response.
If the service has already been used you will not be able to request a return. If the service has not yet been performed then contact the vendor/artist through their page, and follow up with us through your dashboard.
If the product in dispute has already been opened and used, then you can no longer return it.
After 30 days of receiving the product, if you have not submitted a request form for return then we will be unable to process it.
Due to our processing fees we are unable to offer a full refund after an invoice has been paid to our vendors/artists. If the refund request is placed prior to the invoice payment of the vendor/artist then a full refund will be issued through the method of payment used.
If the material in question is deemed unworthy of a refund we will notify you via the contact methods provided.
