Returning A Product/Service Or Exchange
To return a product/service or exchange it, enter your dashboard and click your orders. Find the product or service you wish to return/exchange. Enter the order information page and scroll down until you see the product name, to the far right there should be a return tab. Click it, fill out the information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The alternative is to contact us below.
If the service has already been used you will not be able to request a return. If the service has not yet been performed then contact us for a refund.
If the product in dispute has already been opened and used, then you can no longer return it.
After 10 days of receiving the product, if you have not submitted a request form for return then we will be unable to process it.
If the material in question is deemed unworthy of a refund we will notify you via the contact methods provided.
